Mr Riaz Uddin has over two decades of experience in litigation. He specialises in Banking & Finance Laws, and is on retainer by NRB Commercial Bank Ltd. He frequently advises his clients from both home and abroad on Commercial, Corporate and Company matters. He has advised Navana Pharmaceuticals Ltd, AWR Real Estate Ltd, AB High Tech Ltd, Genex Infosys Ltd, IPE Group Ltd, Baizid Steel Ltd, CSS Steel Ltd, Zoom Sweaters Ltd, Irene Knitwear Ltd, Mercantile Bank Ltd, etc.
He is also a distinguished academic. He currently acts as the Principal of the University of London’s recognised teaching centre, Newcastle Law Academy (West) where he nurtures and trains young legal minds.
Mr Uddin graduated from the prestigious City University of London, UK for his Bar Vocational Course and was called to the bar of England & Wales from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He is also an alumnus of the University of London where he completed his LL.B. (Hons). He also passed his LL.B. (Hons) and LL.M. from Dhaka International University.
